Terms & Conditions

Clinton Symphony Orchestra of the Mohawk Valley

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms cover use of clintonsymphonyorchestra.org. By using the site you agree to them. The Clinton Symphony Orchestra of the Mohawk Valley ("CSOMV") is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit registered with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Federal EIN 81-1272994. Mailing address: P.O. Box 270, Clinton, NY 13323. Phone: (315) 216-7795. Email: contact@clintonsymphonyorchestra.org.

The site

We try to keep concert dates, programs, and ticket information accurate, but details can change. Check the event page or contact us before you travel. A past concert page is an archive, not an offer of tickets.

Tickets and donations

When a ticket or donation link is available, payment is completed on Givebutter (or another processor we name on the page), under that processor's terms. Ticket prices, seating, and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout for that concert. Donations are gifts to CSOMV. We will provide a receipt when the processor does. Tax deductibility depends on your situation; we do not give tax advice.

Sponsorships and ads

Program-book and sponsorship prices on the site are invitations to inquire unless a checkout page says otherwise. Placement and deadlines are confirmed in writing.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or copy our text, photos, or program materials for commercial use without permission. You may share links to our pages.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by CSOMV or used with permission. Composer names and works are identified for concert programs; we do not claim ownership of those works.

Limitation

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CSOMV is not liable for damages from use of the site, from a third-party checkout, or from a concert change or cancellation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

New York

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: contact@clintonsymphonyorchestra.org or P.O. Box 270, Clinton, NY 13323.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
